Job Description
1. Handle customer enquiries related to orders, pricing, and delivery status.
2. Provide administrative support to the sales team.
3. Prepare and submit billing and claims to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Maintain up-to-date sales records, and track project progress.
5. Verify relevant invoices from subcontractors and service providers.
6. Update and follow up on the status of pending or unpaid customer claims.
7. Monitor and coordinate between sales and operations teams to address any project variations.
8. Compile data for monthly management presentations.
9. Handle the resolution of billing and claim discrepancies.
Requirement
1. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to manage timelines for submission.
5. Prior experience in sales administration or a related field is an advantage
6. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales administration or a related field (for Senior Admin Executive).
7. Ability to work independently and as part of team.
