Enterprise Expansion Sales Executive APAC
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and customer-centric sales professional to drive revenue growth within our existing enterprise customer base across the APAC region. As an Enterprise Expansion Sales Executive, you will own the end-to-end expansion sales cycle, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help customers unlock additional value from Entrust's identity verification solutions.
With customer success at our core, we provide a comprehensive onboarding experience and strong internal support. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales Operations, Enablement, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Legal Counsel to ensure seamless execution and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage the full expansion sales cyclefrom identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts to closing upsell and cross-sell deals.
- Partner closely with Customer Success to understand account health, usage patterns, and strategic objectives.
- Build deep relationships with key stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, uncovering additional challenges and aligning Entrust's solutions to evolving customer needs.
- Conduct effective in-person and online presentations to showcase new capabilities and value propositions.
- Lead all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization, strategic and financial assessment, structuring, and negotiation.
- Represent Entrust as a subject matter expert in identity verification within your target industry sectors.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving expansion sales (upsell/cross-sell) within enterprise accounts in the SE-Asia / ANZ market.
- Solid experience in a quota-carrying software or technology role, consistently achieving growth targets.
- Success in managing complex account strategies and navigating large enterprise organizations.
- Strong ability to identify new opportunities within existing accounts and execute a disciplined, methodical sales approach.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented team player with adaptability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Strong listening, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and web-based presentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the identity or security industry.
- MEDDIC / MEDDPICC / Force Management trained.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Experience within financial services, crypto, travel, gaming &gambling verticals and industries would be advantageous.
- Strong network with ENT accounts in the banking industry in the region
