Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

. Identify, prospect, and acquire new OEM/ODM contract manufacturing clients in Singapore and the region.

.Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline of brand owners, distributors, medical companies, and wellness brands.

.Conduct client meetings to understand product concepts, volume forecasts, regulatory requirements, and commercial expectations.

.Prepare quotations, proposals, and feasibility assessments in collaboration with Operations, QA, and Regulatory Affairs.

.Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and commercial terms to close deals profitably.

Key Account Management

.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the product lifecycle.

.Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat orders, line extensions, and long-term partnerships.

.Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and delivery commitments with internal teams.

.Manage client expectations, scope changes, and issues professionally while safeguarding company margins and compliance.

Cross-Functional Coordination

.Work closely with:

.Operations & Production (capacity, feasibility, timelines)

.Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (GMP, HSA, compliance support)

.Finance (pricing, margins, credit terms, collections)

.Ensure all commercial commitments are operationally and regulatorily feasible before confirmation to clients.

Market & Industry Knowledge

.Develop working knowledge of:

.GMP manufacturing environments

.Common dosage forms (capsules, sachets, liquids, powders, etc.)

.Singapore HSA and ASEAN regulatory requirements (high-level understanding)

.Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product opportunities.

Reporting & Performance

.Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of net revenue, margins, and new accounts.

.Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting.

.Provide regular sales updates and insights to management.

Requirements & Qualifications Education

. Diploma or Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related disciplines preferred.

. Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

Experience

. Sales Executive: 2-4 years of B2B sales experience

. Senior Sales Executive: 4-6 years of B2B sales experience

Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare, or contract manufacturing is a strong advantage.

. Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills

. Ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into commercial proposals

. Clear and professional communication skills

. Strong follow-up discipline and project coordination ability

. Commercially minded with good understanding of cost and margin drivers

. Comfortable operating in a regulated manufacturing environment

Compensation & Incentives (Singapore)

Commission

. 1% - 3% commission on net revenue

. Commission tier determined by individual performance and deal size
