About the Client:
Our client is one of the reputed Service based MNC in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- To work in Agile Web Development Project which is responsive and using front end and full stack development technologies using HTML, CSS, react JS, Ruby on rails.
- Application integrates with multiple services and Business workflow platforms using API/Restful integration, so knowledge on API/Restful integration with responsive web application is mandatory.
- Using Test driven development tools and using Continuous integration like Jenkins, Teamcity.
- As part of agile delivery, to support on the application when moved to production and provide support for fixes/issues including functional and non-functional requirements.
- To have continuous on job learning and implement the prototypes in agile fashion with test driven and adherence to web interface standards
- Liaise with various stakeholder on daily scrums for requirements, design, development and implementation.
- Participate in retrospection meetings and planning meeting to provide estimates for every sprints
- Produce all the documentation as per the standards, templates as per the documentation deliverables agreed with client.
- Provide user training to user groups and provide support during user acceptance and application review.
Skills/Requirement:
Technical:
- Project Experience in Web project/Front end development implemented with Ruby on Rails (Rails 4.x, Ruby 2.x)
- Knowledge on React JS / Angular / any other JS is required.
- Working in Agile project and good understanding on TDD, FDD, Scrum methodologies and using tools like Pivotal Tracker, JIRA.
- Good Communication and hands on development experience willing to learn new technologies, Open Source contribution will be added advantage.
Desirable Skills:
- Other Skills(desire) tools and technology – Jest, GIT/version control, Rspec, FactoryGirl, cucumber, capybara.
