The individual will be part of Group Operational Risk Management (ORM) Team to support and enhance the governance activities and implementation of the ORM program to all entities within Great Eastern group.
[Responsibilities/Duties:
Support the third party risk management program across the group;
Monitor and track the development of third party risk management arrangements;
Partnering with subject matter experts (eg technology risk, IT, legal, etc) to enhance and develop risk management strategies, controls and documentation to manage the third party related risks;
Provide advice, independent review and effective challenge to business units/ local entities to ensure third party risks are adequately managed in the business as usual activities as well as new projects;
Support the preparation of group wide reports submission to internal/external stakeholders;
Participate in the sourcing and implementation of systems and tools to support enterprise risk management initiatives;
Conduct presentations and trainings on ORM processes to risk coordinators and local risk management team;
Review risk governance frameworks and policies for approval by Board Risk Committee and ensure that the approved frameworks and policies are implemented across the Group;
