Design, implement, and continuously enhance structured coaching systems, methodologies, and athlete development frameworks aligned with international standards.
Develop and oversee training programs, class structures, and progression pathways for both recreational and competitive gymnasts, ensuring long-term athlete development.
Deliver advanced rhythmic gymnastics coaching to achieve performance outcomes, including technical mastery, competition readiness, and skill progression.
Lead and support academy-wide initiatives, including class management, event coordination, competitions, and program development.
Prepare and develop athletes for national and international competitions, including performance planning and talent identification.
Contribute to the development and standardization of coaching systems across the academy, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery.
Mentor and guide junior coaches, providing technical support and contributing to capability building within the team.
Collaborate with international technical experts (including Eastern Europe) to enhance routine construction, technical standards, and program quality.
Working with the team for developing our business and sales channels
Support sourcing, shipping and clearance of deliveries in various countries for specialized gymnastics equipment and apparel
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach at a competitive level.
Strong technical knowledge of the FIG Code of Points (2025-2028) with practical coaching application.
Full NROC certification under Sport Singapore (Gymnastics discipline), or relevant equivalent certifications.
If not fully certified: Standard First Aid (accredited SG provider), Basic Sports Science Course, and SG Coach Level 1 (theory and technical).
Prior experience as a competitive gymnast (e.g. national/state representation or equivalent level such as Master of Sport) will be an advantage.
Diploma or higher qualification in sports-related disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to design structured training program and athlete development systems.
Strong interest and capability in program development for both recreational and competitive pathways.
Passion for coaching and developing young athletes towards competitive performance.
Relevant international coaching exposure or certifications (e.g. FIG or national-level) preferred.
Ability to communicate in Russian or Polish is an advantage to support technical collaboration with international experts.
Education in international trade / business a plus
