Senior Revenue Analyst, Singapore
About the role
Weave Living is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Revenue Analyst to support the revenue strategy across our diverse portfolio of properties. Key Responsibilities
- Demand and revenue analysis: Assist in analysing demand, rate, and revenue performance for rooms and function space inventory. Support the preparation of budgets, projections, and critiques of sales strategy effectiveness.
- Month-end reporting: Prepare reports highlighting performance trends, areas for improvement, and revenue growth opportunities. Support month-end reporting and provide forward-looking information for forecasting and financial planning.
- Revenue strategy support: Contribute to the development and implementation of revenue management strategies to maximize profitability in short-stay segments.
- Inventory management: Use historical data and market insights to support demand forecasting and inventory control. Help manage room inventory allocation and restrictions to optimise total property revenues.
- Market trend analysis: Monitor competitor performance and demand patterns, providing insights to adjust pricing and inventory strategies.
- OTA management: Assist in managing listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and maintain positive relationships with industry partners. Identify opportunities that drive profit, create client value, and encourage innovation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in revenue management or a related role in the hotel industry, preferably in Singapore and/or Korea.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with OTAs, revenue management systems, and tools.
- Analytical skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities with a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.
- Market knowledge: Good understanding of market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitive landscape.
- Communication skills: Ability to present insights clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
