We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence across multiple retail outlets within the luxury retail sector.
This role is responsible for managing boutique operations, enhancing customer experience, and leading teams to achieve strong business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail outlets
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and operational standards
- Manage inventory control, pricing, and purchase approvals
- Monitor sales performance and conduct regular performance reviews
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Retail Operations & Compliance
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Oversee stock management and after-sales processes
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop retail teams
- Identify training needs and support staff development
- Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing, HR, Finance, and IT
- Support events, product launches, and client engagement activities
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Operations, or related discipline
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in retail operations management
- Experience managing multiple outlets or store networks
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused with strong sense of responsibility
Experience in luxury retail or premium consumer products will be advantageous.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- May be required to support events outside standard working hours
