About the Role

Oversee the coordination of all matters relating to Retail Operations with key focus on reporting, SOPs, store monthly reports, BOH management and liaising with various departments to drive retail goals.

Responsibilities

Support Retail Performance

  • Oversee the retail operations, identify opportunities to maximize floor performance, BOH enhancement and improve client journey at Valentino stores
  • Monitor and communicate retail performance targets with the stores for sales, incentive and key KPIs
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor and support the Retail Director/Store Managers in developing and implementing action plans based on the observations and areas of opportunities
  • Help to review the regional reports, mystery shopping results and highlight the key takeaways

Project Management

  • Support store openings/closings, popup stores and transversal client initiatives by partnering with other office functions.
  • Manage the internal and external teams like the external vendors (security, waitstaff/hosts, store maintenance), Singapore and HQ team counterparts

Operations

  • Support Store Managers in roster implementation, ensuring optimized workforce planning is in place to meet the traffic during peak trade periods
  • Formulation and maintenance of SOP
  • Ensuring policies & procedures based on the SOP (stock, cash processes, organization in the front and back of house, grooming guidelines etc.) are communicated and implemented consistently across the region
  • Collate all uniform orders for the store teams and track the inventory and replenishment
  • Weekly/monthly reporting – commission reports, KPI reports etc.
  • Stock inventory control and management by ensuring regular cycle counts and stock take are happening in each store. Schedule and plan the annual full stock take for audit purposes
  • Support with the onboarding of new joiners by ensuring the retail essentials are ordered and organized on time (Retailpro access, iPhone, uniform, biometric access)
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks as required
