A Day in the Life Reporting to the Head of Retail Design and Visual Merchandising and working across a multi-brand, multi-market role across SAPMENA, you will coordinate with both international brand teams and local teams to bring our retail spaces to life.
On a Daily Basis, You Will
- Work on a broad multi-brand and multimarket scope across a culturally diverse region
- Collaborate with 360° internal & external stakeholders to guarantee consistent retail experience
- Create, adapt and execute global brand guidelines across diverse channels, from drugstores to high-end free-standing stores.
- Adapt, design and animate visual merchandising concepts that define a consistent, engaging customer path for new product launches and catalog animations.
- Pilot technical and legal compliance during production, ensuring local counters meet our quality standards.
- Collaborate with channel partners, sharing best practices on staging, counter rollouts, and local implementations.
- Manage project budgets and timelines—around major launches, coordination increases and timelines get tight, but you'll have full team support to deliver.
We Are Looking For You are a strong match if you bring a solid background in spatial design and store roll-out project management. You know how to translate a creative brand vision into technical reality, and you thrive when managing multiple moving parts across different cultures.
You Bring
- Architecture Execution: Proven ability to apply architectural guidelines to a retail environment and supervise counter construction or renovations.
- Visual Merchandising: A strong eye for design to create outstanding, sustainable visual merchandising strategies in-store.
- Project Planning Management: The capability to plan short- and long-term actions, keeping timelines and budgets on track.
- Omnichannel Experience Design: Experience in designing integrated touchpoints that connect the physical store experience with the digital consumer journey.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to unite, guide, and align diverse distribution partners and internal marketing teams.
