Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and Customer Service
- Perform Ear Piercing for Customers
- Handles cashier duty and general stock-taking
- Attend to sales inquiries on Company products and services
- Handles and respond to customer inquiries & feedback
- Promote and share the company stories and philosophy
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping
- Review weekly & monthly results and discuss the next strategy and idea with Management
- Assist in training and mentoring new associates
- Other duties assigned by Store Manager
Requirements:
- Training will be provided
- Willing to learn, have good initiative, and can work independently
- Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Able to work on retail hours, weekends, and public holidays (to be compensated with PH-in-lieu)
Remuneration:
Basic salary with commission
