Job Responsibilities
- Assist the RM in ensuring the smooth flow and operationsof the restaurant
- Assist in new staff training and orientation
- Responsible for quality of service and cleanliness ofoutlet
- Respond to guests enquiries and feedback
- Ensure positive customer service in all areas
- Handle and respond to customer feedbacks and complaints
Job Requirement
- Experience in F&B industry in a Management position
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn and to lead when required
- Strong team player
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work split shifts and on weekends and PHs
