Job Summary
You will supervise mechanical and electrical engineering works on major building construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance through systems integration, testing, and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical and electrical engineering works on projects of similar scale and complexity to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
- Lead systems integration, testing, and commissioning activities to deliver fully operational engineering systems
- Manage project execution in airside environments, applying knowledge of specific requirements and constraints
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve technical issues
- Oversee quality control and safety compliance throughout the construction and commissioning phases
- Document project progress and report on engineering performance to stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore
- Prior experience working in airside environments and understanding of their operational requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience, including at least 6 years supervising works on major building construction projects
- Experience completing at least one project in the role of Senior Resident Engineer (SRE)
