Job Summary
Lead and supervise site teams for major civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with standards and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver quality construction outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead site supervision teams to manage major civil and infrastructure construction works effectively
- Supervise deep excavation, ERSS, foundation, viaduct, drainage, and utility works to ensure technical accuracy and safety
- Review construction drawings, method statements, and technical submissions to verify compliance and feasibility
- Ensure all works comply with BCA requirements, project specifications, and quality standards to maintain regulatory and quality adherence
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, Qualified Persons (QPs), and authorities to facilitate smooth project execution
- Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve technical issues to maintain project timelines and quality
- Prepare detailed technical reports and progress updates to communicate project status and challenges clearly
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by PEB Singapore
- Minimum 8 years of relevant civil engineering experience
- At least 6 years of site supervision experience on major infrastructure or building projects
- Completion of at least one project as a Site Resident Engineer (SRE)
- Proven experience in deep excavation, foundation systems, and infrastructure projects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by leading site teams to achieve project goals
- Effective communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders and report project progress
