Lead and manage the architectural site supervision team for major building construction and fit-out works.
Monitor, supervise, and inspect construction activities in accordance with directions from CAG, QP(S), and project consultants.
Plan and manage shift rosters based on contractors work schedules while ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations and staff welfare requirements.
Collaborate with QP(D) and QP(S) to resolve design, construction, and technical issues related to temporary and permanent works.
Administer contracts and supervise project execution in accordance with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration processes, and progress reporting requirements.
Promote and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and ensure adherence to all applicable procedures, manuals, and airport circulars.
Provide leadership and guidance to the supervision team to ensure project objectives, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
Job Requirements
Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects and currently registered with the Board of Architects.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an architectural professional, including at least 8 years on projects of similar size and complexity.
Extensive experience in architectural and fit-out works for major building construction projects.
Proven experience leading and managing site supervision teams on comparable projects.
Strong knowledge of contract administration under PSSCOC.
Conversant with statutory codes, site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting.
Strong leadership, supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and health standards.
Familiar with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures, manuals, regulations, and applicable airport circulars.
