We are looking for a skilled Mobile Repair Technician with strong motherboard-level repair expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in diagnosing and repairing smartphones at component level and be comfortable handling a fast-paced repair environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones at motherboard/component level.
- Perform troubleshooting for power, charging, display, network, audio, camera, and other hardware issues.
- Carry out IC-level repair, soldering, micro-soldering, jumper work, and component replacement.
- Diagnose short circuits and motherboard faults using appropriate testing equipment.
- Handle disassembly, reassembly, and quality testing of mobile devices.
- Identify faulty components and provide effective repair solutions.
- Maintain proper records of repairs and replacement components.
- Ensure repaired devices meet quality and functionality standards.
- Follow workplace safety and repair procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mobile phone repair with motherboard-level expertise.
- Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and electronic components.
- Hands-on experience with microsoldering and IC/component-level repairs.
- Ability to use tools such as a multimeter, DC power supply, microscope, soldering/rework station, etc.
- Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex hardware problems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to repair quality.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays is required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
