Introduction:
We are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team and support the development, qualification, and reliability assessment of advanced semiconductor technologies. In this role, you will perform reliability stress testing, evaluate device and product lifecycles, and identify potential reliability risks. You will also work closely with internal teams, customers, and external vendors to support reliability test setup, execution, analysis, and technical engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, execute, and analyze reliability testing for SRAM, Flash, NVM, OTP, MTP, and eFUSE technologies, including periodic reliability monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement hardware and software solutions for reliability characterization.
- Develop wafer-level and package-level reliability test methodologies and corresponding test programs.
- Prepare technical reliability presentations, support customer visits, and participate in reliability risk assessment discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Reliability, Device physics, or Semiconductor testing.
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of MOS device physics and reliability statistics.
