Job Summary
Lead the development of Firmus Capital's China investor base and capital raising efforts. Manage investor relationships and CRM processes while contributing to marketing and investment strategy through market research and regulatory insights.
The role reports to the Head of Investments Management and shall include but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the Company's China investor base to raise capital for investment funds, including co-investments, segregated accounts, and discretionary/non-discretionary mandates
- Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by maintaining the China investor capital database and overseeing capital raising processes and methodologies
- Assist client onboarding by supporting investors KYC/AML requirements, regulatory clearances, and ongoing KYC/AML monitoring to ensure compliance
- Handle investor inquiries and provide timely, accurate reporting to maintain strong investor relationships
- Collaborate in creating marketing collateral and updating the company's corporate profile to support capital raising initiatives
- Conduct research and gather market intelligence to inform and contribute to the firm's investment management strategy, including monitoring competitive, regulatory, and industry best practices
