Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Corporate Client Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients to expand the Bank's funding portfolio, with emphasis on current accounts and fixed-term placements.

  • Participate in networking sessions, industry events, and association engagements to build market connections and generate business opportunities.

  • Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective corporate clients for business discussions, relationship development, and account onboarding.

  • Introduce and promote digital banking solutions to corporate customers to enhance accessibility and service experience.

Corporate Account Onboarding

  • Manage the full corporate account onboarding cycle, including documentation review, due diligence checks, and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.

Digital Banking & Online Adoption

  • Provide guidance on digital transaction features, security practices, and online banking benefits.

  • Liaise with internal Digital Banking and system support teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and address service matters.

Performance Monitoring & Market Feedback

  • Track and report acquisition activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.

  • Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback to contribute to business planning.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent.

  • With 2 - 4 years of working experience in a Financial Institution as a Relationship Manager or Client Acquisition Capacity would be advantageous.

  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products and funding solutions.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, to engage corporate clients effectively.
