Conducting daily monitoring of regulatory ratios required by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and ensuring timely submission of fortnightly returns.
Preparing, generating, and analyzing regulatory reports (including MAS 610, MAS 649, etc.), Head Office reports, and various statistical/survey data to ensure complete, accurate, and timely reporting.
Managing month-end closing processes and performing accurate calculations for monthly provisions.
Preparing and reviewing daily Nostro bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving any outstanding discrepancies or variances in a timely manner.
Staying updated on changes to MAS Notices and regulatory guidelines, assisting in updating reporting templates and data extraction logic accordingly.
Requirement
Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting or financial control within the banking/financial services sector (direct experience with MAS returns is highly preferred).
Proficient in advanced MS Excel for data analysis and reconciliation familiarity with core banking systems or automated reporting tools is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred for effective communication with Head Office.
