Senior Regional Manager
Position Overview
A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing regional commercial strategy and execution across a portfolio of specialized technology solutions. The incumbent will drive sustainable growth, strengthen market positioning, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes. This role requires a proven commercial leader with strong strategic vision, operational rigor, and the ability to influence at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Shape the long-term regional vision and develop mid-term business plans through market analysis, customer insights, and competitive assessment. Define winning strategies and identify resource requirements to accelerate growth.
- Business Performance Management: Lead the development and execution of annual operating plans, including commercial initiatives and organizational improvements. Ensure delivery of revenue, profitability, efficiency, and market share targets, making timely course corrections where needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the senior regional representative for the assigned portfolio, strengthening relationships with key customers and external partners, and elevating the company's brand and value proposition.
- Team & Organizational Leadership: Build and inspire high-performing teams, develop future talent, and embed strong governance practices. Ensure alignment with corporate standards through transparent communication and effective process leadership.

Critical Work Experience
- Extensive experience in technology-driven commercial product categories, ideally including large-format printing (signage, textile, photo) or Industrial Inkjet printing (Textile, Labels), with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Exposure to digital production workflows across multiple output applications is an advantage.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or a related discipline.
