Main Duties:
Drive the growth of the fragrance business across Asian markets by leading the development and execution of an impactful, category-spanning fragrance strategy. Be a key role within the Global Creative Centers network while leading and inspiring the regional FDM team to deliver innovative and market-relevant solutions.
Other Duties:
Mentoring and leading the FDM team in Asia.
Work closely and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on specific clients visits and events. Develop a good olfactive understanding of each market's needs and the different brands to help build better and stronger client intimacy.
Leading smelling sessions and gets the global view of the Category and prepares the future to grow business
Share know-how with the organization and collaborate internally with the global company resources to achieve best in class results in fastest time.
Empowerment to propose and develop new ideas for the strategy in collaboration with Business, proactive projects and continuous improvement processes.
Requirements:
Degree in related discipline
10 or more years relevant experience in Fragrance Development
Good understanding of Asian Markets (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia) and worldwide trends.
Excellent skills at interpreting consumers needs into olfactive profiles to fit the different brands.
Olfactive knowledge of significant market brands worldwide.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Mentoring ability to guide the teams on olfactive and project management skills.
