Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia, including Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia, ensuring successful talent placement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates to provide ongoing talent solutions and support global mobility
- Collaborate with global consultants to leverage the international network for optimal talent sourcing and enhanced client service
- Apply self-motivation and professionalism to achieve success in a fast-paced, commercial recruitment environment without KPI constraints
- Participate actively in comprehensive 360-degree training programs, including one-on-one coaching, classroom, and online learning, to enhance recruitment expertise
- Drive personal career development by aligning learning activities with individual needs and utilizing management and career coaching support
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture that promotes collaboration and flexibility within the workplace
Required competencies and certifications
