Senior Recruitment Consultant (TContracting & Staffing)

Build a high-billing contract desk with the support of an established recruitment brand.

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who understands Singapore's technology hiring market and has a passion for business development, account growth, and contract staffing.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a contract recruitment desk, grow key client relationships, and develop recurring revenue streams through contract and project-based hiring solutions.

What You'll Do

• Grow and manage client accounts across Singapore's technology sector

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing relationships

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract and permanent hires

• Support contractor onboarding, renewals, extensions, and workforce planning

• Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

• CEI Certified

• Min 2- 3+ years of agency recruitment experience

• Experience in technology recruitment and/or contract staffing

• Proven track record in business development or account management

• Strong understanding of the Singapore hiring market

• Driven, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded
