Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Jurong East

Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission + quarterly increment + performance bonus

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a key role for a high-performing recruiter who enjoys building long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional recruitment solutions, and playing a hands-on role in developing business and mentoring others.

You'll manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle while contributing to the growth and success of your desk and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent and/or contract roles
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates using multiple channels
• Negotiate offers and manage placements through to completion
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with recruitment best practices
• Support and mentor junior consultants where appropriate
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, performance, and team culture

About You:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally at senior level
• Strong billing history and a track record of consistent performance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
