Role Overview:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing, client management to successful candidate placements. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring exceptional recruitment service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including client acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet hiring needs
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, ensuring top-quality matches between candidates and clients
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner, understanding clients hiring needs and offering strategic talent solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates
  • Manage salary negotiations, counteroffers, and onboarding to ensure smooth placements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years in agency recruitment, with a proven track record in recruitment
  • Experience in hiring for industries like IT, Finance, Engineering, Healthcare, or corporate roles is an advantage
  • Strong ability to manage key accounts, and drive business growth
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment with a strong sales and revenue focus
  • Ability to collaborate while also working independently to achieve targets
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore employment market
  • Familiarity with local hiring practices and compliance requirements
  • CEI certification
