Anson McCade is a specialist executive search and consultancy firm operating internationally. We specialise in the Technology and Capital Markets sectors and work with a wide variety of companies from innovative start-ups to global household names. This position is for our Capital Markets (Quant Finance) sector.

We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team in Singapore to help expand our recruitment presence in Singapore and specific areas within the Capital Markets (Quant Finance) sector. Our client base is deep, exclusive, and many have partnered with us for at least a decade.

The Recruitment Consultant role is dynamic, collaborative, and offers significant career growth potential. Key duties and responsibilities include:

• BD including building own business within the region with backing from extremely successful team in London.

• Global collaboration with our existing clients, top-tier investment banks with strong focus on Asian markets.

• Networking and building relationships with key individual talent.

• Developing and demonstrating strong market knowledge – staying informed about key industry developments and growth areas.

• Facilitating discussions between clients and candidates.

• Supporting client/account management

• Collaborating closely with colleagues as part of a highly integrated team.

• Market mapping and identifying talent pools.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Capital Markets (Quant Finance) recruitment.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset who is looking to take opportunity of building own business within the region.

• A self-starter with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

• Prior experience working in a recruitment agency, consultancy, or executive search environment.
