Senior Recruitment Consultant

Role & Responsibilities:

• Build a new client portfolio in your target market and deliver expansion roles to existing clients.
• Fulfilling time-sensitive hiring requests delegated by the manager.
• Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to various recruitment needs.
• Learn and master relationship workflows while developing business acumen, time management skills, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Source, contact, and pitch to relevant candidates for our clients hiring projects using effective sales and recruiting techniques in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Expand the company network by strategically recruiting key leaders through recruiting campaigns, leveraging professional lists, trade and business associations, and referrals
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of industry coverage to improve service speed and quality, and stay updated on relevant industry trends affecting recruitment and client servicing.
• Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• A proven track record of consistent sales performance. Excellent communication and interaction skills, with proven oral, written, and presentation abilities in a business setting across multiple communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.)
• Proven commitment to deliver, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with clients and candidates from the Manager level to Director level.
• Passion for recruiting, sales, and/or conversation, with a successful track record in recruitment or outreach preferred
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
