Job Summary
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will drive sales activities, build client relationships, source top talent, manage pipelines to meet targets, negotiate deals, and support candidate care and recruitment administration within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new client relationships to expand business opportunities in a sales-driven environment
- Source high-quality talent using business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, and job board advertising to meet client needs
- Plan and manage your schedule to develop and maintain a recruitment pipeline that achieves individual and team targets
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients and candidates to secure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate effectively within a team to contribute to collective recruitment success
- Deliver excellent candidate care and manage recruitment databases and administrative tasks efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or degree with 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or a related business field
- Demonstrated passion for identifying talent needs and guiding candidates toward suitable career paths
- Strong drive to succeed in sales and proactive communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently under pressure, take initiative, and contribute as a team player
