The Opportunity
We are seeking a Recruitment Operations Manager to be based in-house with our exclusive global client in Singapore. This is a mid level, high-impact role responsible for leading recruitment operations, delivering best-in-class talent solutions, and acting as the key interface between Contego, the client's HR and business leadership teams.
The role will suit an experienced recruitment professional from a global or boutique recruitment consultancy background, with strong exposure to Advertising, Marketing Execution, Generalist, and Corporate Functions hiring across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations & Delivery
- Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for Advertising, Marketing, Generalist, and Corporate roles.
- Deliver scalable, high-quality recruitment solutions aligned to the client's growth strategy.
- Manage hiring volumes across multiple markets, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency of delivery.
- Embed best-practice recruitment frameworks and operational governance.
RPO & Managed Talent Solutions
- Act as the operational lead for RPO and Managed Talent Solutions embedded within the client environment.
- Ensure clear service delivery models, role ownership, and performance tracking.
- Continuously optimise delivery through process improvement and innovation.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
- Act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and market intelligence across APAC.
- Liaise closely with client HR functions to ensure alignment on policy, compliance, and hiring priorities.
Reporting, KPIs & CRM Management
- Own recruitment reporting, analytics, and KPI monitoring across all hiring activity.
- Track and present data on time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost efficiency, and pipeline health.
- Ensure accurate and effective use of CRM/ATS systems, maintaining data integrity and visibility.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Represent Contego Global Talent Solutions in-house, championing our brand and values.
- Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring manager engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and delivery models.
Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- Background within a recognised Global Recruitment Business or Boutique Recruitment Consultancy.
- Strong experience recruiting within Advertising, Marketing Execution, Retail Media, FMCG, Generalist and Corporate Functions.
- Demonstrated exposure to recruitment across multiple APAC markets.
- Experience working within or delivering RPO and/or Managed Talent Solutions.
- Proven experience partnering closely with client HR and Talent Acquisition functions.
