The OpportunityWe are looking for a
Senior Recruiter to join our client's
APAC Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring across
Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, China, and Japan.
This is a high-impact role for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent outcomes. You will own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, proactively engage passive candidates, and build strong talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and provide high-quality recruitment support across the Talent Acquisition organisation.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing through offer negotiation and hire.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Japan.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to provide market insights, hiring guidance, and best-in-class recruitment strategies.
- Leverage industry-leading recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to deliver efficient and effective hiring outcomes.
- Deliver against defined recruiting metrics, ensuring consistent, data-driven results.
- Champion an outstanding candidate experience, aligned with LinkedIn's Members First value.
Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong experience with applicant tracking systems and passive candidate sourcing.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools.
- Background in in-house, agency, or RPO recruitment environments.
- Strong understanding of talent and competency frameworks, recruiting fundamentals, and competitive market dynamics.
- Familiarity with the technology and internet market, academic institutions, alumni networks, and diverse talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine role profiles and hiring strategies.
- Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
