Responsibilities
- Manage fullcycle recruiting by partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across various seniority levels to advise on talent acquisition strategies for multiple game development functions, including Creative, Production, Engineering, Data Science, and Quality Assurance.
- Source and evaluate highcalibre passive and active candidates using diverse channels. You take a proactive and thorough approach to identifying strong talent across different locations.
- Oversee and enhance the candidate experience, ensuring all applicants receive clear communication, timely updates, and a respectful and inclusive process. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and elevate the candidate journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the People function to support broader talent initiatives, workforce planning efforts, and improvements to internal recruitment processes.
- Manage portfolio ownership, contributing to headcount forecasting, resource planning, and regular reporting on progress against staffing plans for assigned business units.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of fullcycle recruitment experience across a range of seniority levels, ideally within fastgrowing technology or gaming environments.
- Experience hiring for diverse functions such as Design, AI, Data Science, Product Management, and Software Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the endtoend recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, process optimisation through data insights, and ensuring a smooth onboarding handover.
- Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills, with proven experience partnering effectively with hiring managers and leaders from earlycareer to executive levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles, build trust, and create an environment where stakeholders feel comfortable sharing information and raising potential challenges early.
