Provide Front Desk Reception duties for the office by managing internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring that it is clean and presentable, with all necessary materials.
Manage switchboards - screening and directing incoming calls
Manage all aspects of meeting rooms, including providing basic technical support if necessary
Manage business travel (coordinate flight and accommodation booking) and ensure proper records of business travels are kept for audit purposes.
Maintain complete stock of stationery and pantry supplies. Verify invoices and provide procurement support in term of sourcing for related vendors, evaluating quotations, and providing recommendations
Provide facilities management support for efficient and effective delivery of logistics and support services to the office environment
Manage the reception team as administrative manager and engage with business functions to align development and functional responsibilities
Support any other ad-hoc office administrative duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma or related disciplines with minimum 2 years of related working experience
Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
Good customer-service oriented mindset and strong team player
Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and administrative experience preferred
