We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiographer to join our Cardiac CT and Nuclear Cardiology t eam in Singapore. Job Responsibilities
GENERAL
- Perform radiographer duties in the cardiac CT lab during office hours on weekdays.
- To monitor and control the radiographic supplies.
- To maintain quality control and maintenance of imaging equipment and accessories.
- To assist in the preparation of specification, evaluation and commissioning of new facilities, x-ray equipment and accessories.
- To demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills with the patients, next-of-kin, colleagues and supervisors.
- To demonstrate competency in the use of the Cardiac PACs.
- To cross cover Nuclear Cardiology Services during weekday office hours, when required.
SPECIFIC
- Acquire cardiac CT images: eg. Coronary calcium scoring, CT coronary angiogram
- Cross training to Nuclear Cardiology: Tc99m tetrofosmin stress SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI)
- Option of cross training to Invasive Cardiac Laboratory duties.
- Opportunities to participate in quality and/or research projects within the imaging unit
- Opportunities to perform administrative tasks/leadership roles within the imaging unit
Requirements
- Recognized Diploma/Degree in Diagnostic Radiography
- Registered with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore with Conditional / Full Registration
