Job Description

Join a dynamic team focused on the innovative design of analog sensors and energy meters, where your expertise in hardware electronics will drive excellence in product development and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop design concepts for analog sensors and energy meters, ensuring compliance with performance specifications. Utilize skills in PCB analog signal processing for effective filtering and amplification techniques to achieve precise data extraction. Execute PCB component selection and schematic design, emphasizing high performance, low power consumption, and reliability. Conduct prototype testing, troubleshooting, and support validation and certification processes, including EMC and safety compliance. Engage in the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through design, testing, debugging, and documentation. Participate in international collaboration efforts pertinent to division development. Work with external R&D institutes and universities to foster innovative sensor and energy metering solutions. Stay abreast of technological advancements in Sensors, Energy Meters, and Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, sensor technologies, power electronics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB-based analog design. Solid understanding of analog, digital, and power electronics principles. Familiarity with communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, RS485, etc. Basic knowledge of MCU firmware and proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++. Experience with PCB design CAD software (e.g., Cadence, Altium). Strong problem-solving capabilities with hands-on experience in general lab testing tools. Self-motivated with a proactive approach, demonstrating effective teamwork. Excellent communication and persuasion skills across various levels of stakeholders. High methodological and social competency, capable of facilitating dynamic group processes. Experience collaborating with international companies is advantageous. Script creation for automated product verification testing is a plus.
