Location: Pioneer, transport pick up Singapore
Working Hour : Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $4000 - $5000

Job Description
. Ensure the sputtering machine is tuned to operate at maximum capacity without compromising performance.
. Adjust the sputtering parameters to maintain high-quality output, minimizing defects and inconsistencies.
. Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
. Optimize the sputtering process to maximize the efficient use of materials, reducing waste.
. Work closely with teams from different departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional issues.
. Analyze data from the sputtering process to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
. Based on data analysis, make precise adjustments to the sputtering machine to enhance performance and quality.
. Implement a continuous improvement approach to keep refining the sputtering process and achieve better results over time.
