Key Responsibilities:
. Lead tender teams for building works projects (QS inputs, pricing, submission).
. Manage and develop QS team (Junior to Senior levels).
. Oversee QS activities in projects (cost control, variations, claims).
. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
. Ensure tender submissions and project QS work are accurate and compliant.
Requirements:
. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
. 10+ years of QS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
. Proven track record in tender management and project QS.
. Strong knowledge of building works, contracts, and pricing.
. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
. Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam).
. Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing, Institutional projects.
. Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage
