Senior Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design & Architectural Projects)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost planning, contract administration, procurement, and financial management of interior design and architectural projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies for interior fit-out and architectural works.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend contract awards.
• Manage project costs, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reports.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in interior design and architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
