Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tender)

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications
• Analyse tender documents and identify scope of works
• Liaise with tender teams, engineers and design consultant for pricing accuracy
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, and plant
• Prepare tender report
• Assist in preparing tender submissions including BQ pricing and technical documents
• Maintain tender documentation and cost databases
• Attend tender briefings, site visits, and post-tender clarifications when required
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• At least 5 years of experience in tendering roles
• Having experiences in Civil tender is preferred
• Meticulous, detail-oriented
• Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities
• Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving
