Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Manage tender projects and on-going projects
• Prepare contract documents, and take-off measurement,
• Provide cost estimate and tender submission
• Prepare project cash flow forecast
• Monitor project budget and costing
• Submission of main contract progress claims and variation orders
• Liaise with Consultants and developers on progress payments and VO matters
• Procurement including preparation of tender documents, call quotations and evaluate tender submissions
• Negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers, and make recommendations of award
• Prepare contract documents for sub-contractors and suppliers
• Evaluate suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments
• Evaluate and verify sub-contractors variation orders
• Settlement of final accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 5 years of working experience in the related field
