Role Description
The Senior Quantity Surveyor is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. The individual will manage cost planning and control across demolition, earthworks, and civil works projects, including preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and cost estimates. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project budgets, monitoring cost variations, preparing progress and final accounts, and issuing regular cost reports to project stakeholders. The role involves liaising with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, evaluating claims and variations, and ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also support continuous improvement in cost efficiency and provide guidance to junior team members.
