Job Summary
Prepare and manage tender submissions, progress claims, and project finalizations while coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and timely certification of payments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender submissions and manage progress claims, payments, variation orders, and project finalizations to ensure accurate and timely contract execution
- Invite and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with tender specifications and drawings
- Analyze and interpret tender specifications and drawings to support accurate bid preparation and project assessment
- Liaise and build effective working relationships with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate certification of payment claims
- Collaborate with the Tenders & Contracts Manager to align tender and contract activities with project goals and timelines
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or Contracts Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction industry experience

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure to meet tight deadlines
