Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Review invoices and prepare timesheet claims to customers.
• Calculate and prepare Variation Order (VO) claims for customers.
• Verify VO and timesheets claims submitted by subcontractors.
• Perform and manage quantity remeasurement activities, such as for steel, piping, and electrical works.
• Attend onsite visits with clients to verify and validate quantity measurements.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively, priorities workload appropriately, engagement with Customer/subcontractor and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Ship Repair Billing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to prepare accurate worksheets with minimal errors.
• Employees may be required to work beyond regular hours where necessary to meet project or operational needs, with appropriate compensation or time-off-in-lieu in accordance with company policy.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5.15pm

Friday: 8:00am - 4.30pm
