Job Summary
Manage contract administration and tender processes to support construction projects, ensuring accurate cost control, documentation, and collaboration with project teams for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Administer contracts including pre-contract and post-contract phases to ensure compliance and effective management
- Perform quantity take-offs to prepare accurate estimates for tendering and project budgeting
- Prepare detailed documents for sourcing quotations to facilitate transparent procurement
- Develop pre-tender estimates and prepare comprehensive tender documents to support bidding processes
- Conduct tender exercises for sub-contracting, including evaluating bids and awarding contracts to qualified vendors
- Collaborate with project teams, purchasing, and other departments to align project objectives and procurement activities
- Manage claims, variation orders, budget tracking, quantity monitoring, cost control, and final account settlements for main and sub-contracts
- Coordinate and provide support to project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and company goals
