Must have Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related qualifications
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines.
Job Description:
Reviews tender documents / requests for proposal to understand project details and requirements.
Supporting in quantity take offs, estimation, prepare tender submission, cost planning, sourcing sub-contractors, forecast budgeting, variation orders, final accounts
Preparation of list of prequalified bidders for comparison, cost analysis, negotiations and awarding of sub-contractors. Preparation of tender submissions, when required
Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation
Preparation and Issuance of Contracts to Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
Reviewing of tender documents, drawings, and requirements
Prepare and analyse costings for tender
Getting involved in post-tender submission activities
