Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor (Interior fit-out)

Job Description

• Participation in the preparation of pre & post tender documentation
• Prepare tender BQ/quotations including taking off, material and costing
• Conduct site measurements and verify work done for payment purposes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on contractual and cost-related matters.
• Review contract documents and identify potential risks and cost implications.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, and company policies.
• Support project team in procurement and contract administration.

Job Requirements

• Construction & Interior Fit-out related experience in Singapore advantageous
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction/interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and project costing.
• Familiar with local construction practices and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, etc.).
• Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialised in Civil/Construction/Structural/Facilities or equivalent
