Job Requirement
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. Experience within pre and post contract in consultancy environment is an advantage.
3. Individuals of the highest calibre who are confident, driven and with excellent interpersonal skills
4. Organized and able to handle stress
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assist Project Manager in overseeing the project and monitoring work progress.
2. Attend onsite and consultants meetings and liaise with clients and contractors and in the administration of projects
3. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project costs
4. Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts
5. Measure and take off quantities
6. Administer pre and post contract and consultancy work
7. Assess variation orders, prepare interim valuations, cost plans and budget studies
8. Compile contract documents for execution
9. Understand and adhere to the statutory regulations
10. Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
11. Valuing completed work and arrange payments
12. Provide advice on contractual claims
