. Oversee the submission of Main Contract progress claims, variation claims, and EOT claims.
. Lead the preparation and negotiation of subcontract agreements and final accounts.
. Resolve contractual disputes with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
. Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for construction projects.
. Prepare detailed cost comparisons and procurement recommendations for review by senior management.
. Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
. Lead the preparation and submission of variation orders, claims, and EOT requests.
. Ensure all claims are supported by accurate documentation and comply with contract terms.
. Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including cost forecasts and cash flow projections.
Job Requirements :
. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
