Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget estimates, cost plans, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from interior design concepts.
• Oversee the sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and award of contracts to sub-contractors.
• Monitor project expenses, manage cash flows, and implement cost-control measures.
• collaborate closely with Project Managers and Designers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant local experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong negotiation, contract administration, and MS Excel skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Contracts Management.
