Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions:

• Preparing Tender and contract documents.
• Oversee the submission of Main Contract progress claims, variation claims, and EOT claims.
• Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors progress payments.
• Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification.
• Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for construction projects.
• Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, claims, and procurement activities.

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction estimating methods, cost control principles, and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in contract law and SOP Act.
